There are two doors in the front, and the door on the right has a ramp. Hope that helps!
There are two Angel Falls, the one in Highland Square, and a more subdued version downtown Akron, in the Shoppes of Akron across from the Akron Summit County Public Library Main Branch.

Cozy coffee shop perfect for small meetings or a nice place to spend an afternoon.
Genuinely one of the loveliest and cutest cafes I've been to!
Great atmosphere and excellent coffee, tea, hot chocolate and snacks.
I got the Diplomat's Son - a chai and cider. Whip and spice on top. Very tasty, perfect to enjoy in a busy but cozy atmosphere. I love Angel Falls and will always be happy to come back for another hot beverage with a homemade feel. Best spot around, and I'm looking to buy some loose-leaf teas soon!!
Great friendly staff, cool place, great strong coffee. Love those guys.
Great tea selection. Had one of the best slices of Cheesecake I've ever had my life there. The other desserts look very tempting. The price was the lowest I've seen as well. Anytime I want a dessert from now on I'm going there. Fun atmosphere.
Angel Falls has good coffee. It unfortunately is in a busy area. This can be hard to get to. It definitely is good enough to make your way here. The coffee is likable but not service. A latte is about $3 for a regular. It's not that bad of a price. There's other places that will rip you off worse. It has a lot of non dairy milk options. They have oat milk, which is unusual. It tastes fine.
I love Angel Falls. It's a great place to go and meet cool people.
Great coffee and atmosphere. Very laid back!
Great coffee and food. Love the vibe at this place!
A local favorite! Very nice selection of specialty drinks and pastries.
I had been looking forward to stopping by this place and I was so glad to see that they were open on the later side. The staff was so patient as I took forever to decide what to order from their many options and I really enjoyed what I got. The music was a huge plus and really added to the already cozy atmosphere of the shop. I will definitely be back!
I can’t tell you how many times I have been here and the employees have a nasty rude attitude, I personally stopped going,, And not like I'm have a bad day rude but I'm better than you rude...
It's absurd that I haven't left a review yet. I've been coming to Angel Falls for twelve years. Since I'm from NYC and I only come here when I'm visiting family on vacation, this is a place I associate with R&R. Angel Falls is an easy going start to any day. With a strong arsenal of unique seasonal and year-round drinks, tasty breakfast and lunch options unlike any other, I can easily say it's my favorite coffee shop on the planet, and I hail from a city littered with coffee shops. Do Try:-Their breakfast quiches-Customizing your coffee or tea with flavored syrups like Lavender, or Cherry.-(In the fall/winter) Any Vulcan. Their super special hot chocolates that will change your life.
An excellent House of coffee! Premium coffees and teas from around the world. Extremely friendly and very well maintained. The cleanest restaurant bathroom I've seen in years. If in Highland Square, this is a must stop.
The coffee here is good. Usually the employees are nice but my last visit the employee was very rude and I asked for two pumps of syrup and he rudely said they don't do pumps, they just pour it in. So I asked for light flavored syrup in both of my drinks and he poured a LOT of it in both drinks. Also I was rudely told to put my own cream in the coffee. I wanted colder cream from the refrigerator not cream that had been sitting out for who knows how long. Grabbed a straw for my iced coffee and it was paper! Disintegrated in my drink fairly quickly. I recommend bringing your own straw here for anything iced. I would give less stars but this was the first bad experience so I'm hoping for a better one next time. Maybe this particular employee should work elsewhere 🤷♀️
Seriously the best coffee on the planet, the employees are absolutely wonderful, all are knowledgeable about their menu and will help you find what's right for you
This coffee shop is really nice. The inside is cute and relaxing. There is plenty of seating and they play very nice, relaxing music. I got a cappuccino and my boyfriend got a frozen drink. Both were very very good. One of the best cappuccino's Ive had, actually. My boyfriend also got a cinnamon roll and it was very good. Very tasty, and everything is priced well. Would highly recommend!
I love stopping in at Angel Falls. The coffee and tea selections are great, and there's often new menu items to try (like seasonal smoothies and hot chocolate). The bakery items are delicious as well, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. I also really appreciate the welcoming, safe space sign they have in their window. The atmosphere is calm and cozy, and they have a good amount of seating compared to some other coffee shops I've visited. If you haven't been before, definitely give this place a try!
Nice and cozy place to chill out. They have a wide variety of loose-leaf tea, probably 40 different types! And they are all worth trying
Been coming here for years. Cozy environment. Nice coffee and pasteries.
I'm typically a fan of angel falls, the vibe is super hipster and everyone's friendly. My coffee and sandwich was good but my girlfriend's cold brew made her sick. She says it must have been the sugar free syrup she thought it tasted weird then got sick about an hour later. Good service though..
Cute and cozy little place. Reasonably priced. Great lattes.
Excellent choices. Excellent service. Lived the decor. Very comfortable. 2 hours of free wifi to do some work.😊
Angel Falls Coffee has been a Highland Square landmark for twenty years. Stay for an hour or three in cozy chairs and enjoy the coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. My favorite drink is the Vulcan De Provence--a hot chocolate with real strained chocolate, lavender, and whipped cream. The pastries are delicious and baked fresh on site. Convenient location, late weekend hours, on the bus line, showcases local artists.
Greatest place for coffee and to just hang out. Right on the square. We are daily customers.
Decided to try Angel Falls Coffee Co. for the first time and we were very impressed. Great coffee, mulled cider, hot chocolate and amazing atmosphere. We will definitely be visiting this coffee house again!!!!!
Great coffee shop for the locals. Always a good time stopping by for coffee and conversation
One of the first stops I go to when I travel to Akron. I go for my iced coffee/shot of vanilla. (Cream-Honey-&Cinnamon). Absolutely love!
Wonderful iced drinks and sweet treats! This place has great vibes!
I absolutely love this coffee shop. The baristas are very friendly and quick to get your order. The quick bites are really more of an afterthought, come here for the coffee and tea. And to sit outside and watch all the cute highland dogs walk by
A beautiful atmosphere with a great variety of coffee and tea to choose from. Just a walk away from my house so I visit at least 3 times a week to do homework or relax. Definitely an Akron staple for anyone passing through!
Hard to find a good cup of coffee while on the road that isn't Starbucks and I was happy to find this on a recent trip. Coffee is reasonably priced, snacks are delicious. Great spot to just sip on a cup of coffee / tea and read for a bit. Plenty of seating plus they have a patio and outdoor reading area with a lending library. This place has it all.
I got the pumpkin cheesecake muffin, yum. I didn't know what to get so I told the staff what kind of coffee I drink and they said latte would be perfect... And you know what it was. Will definitely be back. Oh also like the salted caramel brownie.
It’s by no means the best coffee I’ve had and I believe they don’t make their own flavor syrups which I don’t like personally. But it’s a great place to go hang out or study. The staff is friendly for the most part. My favorite thing about Angel Falls is that its open late hours when most coffee shops are closed. Its also in a great little neighborhood. I’d recommend checking this place out.
LOVE this place, the hours and the vibe/environment make it unique. Staff is small but always on top of things, great drinks great people great service! If you're coming during the school year it might be hard to find a seat as this place is usually pretty busy! Must buy something and also a $5 minimum on cards!
Contrary to popular belief, not only hipsters go here, and the service and selection stands on its own merits. The lounge is charming and inspiring. Great place to work on your imaginary novel.
The employees are rude, and not rude as in they’re having a bad day rude but an arrogant and antagonist kind of rude. But hey, they work at (own?) a coffee shop so they must be cool hipsters, right? The coffee is good for the location, and the atmosphere is nice once you get away from the counter.
I used to go here at least once a week when I lived in Highland Square and the staff is all very friendly and kind. Their coffee and muffins are amazing as well!
The dude who worked today around 12 is the rudest man alive. He’s there all the time and doesn’t need to be working at a cute local coffee shop. I love this place and I love there coffee and tea but his attitude ruins everything.
I love this coffee shop. The coffee, food and staff are all perfection.
Interesting drink menu, awesome staff, chill environment. Would be a nice place to meet up with friends, or pick a spot to do some writing
I love the coffee company. The people there are like family. The coffee is great and the outdoor seating is awsome. Great place.
My quest to try every independent coffee shop in the Cleveland/Akron area has brought me here. The atmosphere is cozy with a college common room feel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the coffee was delicious, and the pastries were excellent. I enjoyed my visit! Thank you!
I love them. Tell them what I'm craving and they make me surprises never gotten anything but delicious and perfect coffees
Cozy coffee shop with good drinks and cozy yet edgy atmosphere. Fits right into Highland Square vibe. Wish the wifi was a little bit more clear to understand and use.
Super cute place. Cookies are amazing. Fun coffee drinks!
Fantastic tea selection, amazing pastries, delicious coffee, and the ambiance is so welcoming and homey. The baristas were very nice and knowledgeable! The Drip Drive brought us here, but we’ll definitely be back for more! We split the “Better Morning” muffin (raisins, apple, and carrot), a raspberry strudel, and a turkey and cheese and egg sandwich. They were all delicious! My fiancé got Angel Falls light roast coffee and I got their Jasmine tea. We were both very satisfied costumers!
I was walking my dog one morning past the coffee shop as the owner was unloading his car with inventory during the COVID-19 mandated closure. When I crossed the street at Highland Avenue two vicious dogs came up and attacked my dog so aggressively and violently that they ripped him out of his collar that was attached to the leash. The owner of the coffee shop ran up along with another van that pulled up so the dogs don’t finally stopped attacking. If they had not done this, these dogs would have killed my dog. The owner was so kind to allow my dog to stay in his coffee shop while I walked home to get my car so I could come back and get him. When I got to the coffee shop to pick him up the owner had been sitting with him comforting him the entire time. I am so forever grateful for this wonderful act of kindness and courage. Thank you
Atmosphere and good coffee. Perfect place for meeting up with friends.
